The Korea Atomic Industrial Forum, Inc.(KAIF) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Industry-University Cooperation Foundation of Hanyang University for mutual cooperation at the meeting room of the KAIF on June 19, 2014.

This memorandum has been exchanged for joint operation of education programs and research projects for nuclear facility decontamination, decommissioning and dismantling. Through this MOU, the KAIF and 'Nuclear Power Plant Decommissioning, Decontamination, Restoration Safety Research Center' of IUCF agreed on the cooperation for future. Also the KAIF will operate the education program of nuclear decontamination, decommissioning and dismantling technology from September 22 to 23, 2014 at Hanyang University. As a part of this program, the KAIF will also arrange technical visit to Japanese nuclear facilities related to decontamination, decommissioning and dismantling.

Mr. Kye-Hong Min, Executive Vice Chairman of the KAIF and Prof. Yong-Soo Kim, Director of 'Nuclear Power Plant Decommissioning, Decontamination, Restoration Safety Research Center' of IUCF, Hanyang University signed the MOU on June 19, 2014.
