KAIF hosted the 2025 New Year’s Greeting Ceremony for the Nuclear Industry this morning. The event brought together approximately 300 attendees, including government officials, three members of the National Assembly, and heads of key nuclear-related organizations from industry, academia and research. It was a valuable occasion to share aspirations for the future of Korea's nuclear industry in the new year.
As part of the ceremony, attendees participated in a symbolic rice cake-cutting event. In Korean tradition, cutting rice cakes together signifies unity, harmony, and shared aspirations. It also reflects wishes for prosperity and success in the coming year, fostering a sense of community and collaboration among participants.
We wish for everyone’s aspirations to be fulfilled in the new year, along with continued growth, good health, and happiness.
